1st Pancyprian Scientific Conference on Autism

The 1st Pan-Cyprian Scientific Conference on Autism was successfully completed on May 10th and 11th at the Cyprus University of Technology, organized by the Pancyprian Association for People with Autism.
Our organization, LETSHELP, proudly participated as a Major Sponsor and co-organizer of the Conference, alongside the Cyprus University of Technology. We also extend our warm thanks to CYTA for its valuable support as a sponsor.
The two-day Conference was addressed to health professionals, parents, therapists, caregivers, and other interested parties. Participation exceeded all expectations, with island-wide attendance, confirming the need for scientific awareness and the importance of such initiatives.
During the Conference, lectures were delivered by specialized professionals in the field, while on the second day, experiential workshops were held, offering participants practical tools and meaningful experiences.
A key highlight of the event was the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Cyprus University of Technology and the Pancyprian Association for People with Autism, laying the foundation for a long-term and impactful collaboration.
The Board of Directors of LETSHELP warmly thanks the Rectorate of the Cyprus University of Technology for the excellent cooperation, the provision of the amphitheater and other facilities in the “Papadopoulos” building for the workshops, as well as for their active involvement. Special recognition is due to Vice-Rector Mr. Evangelos Akylas for his address and the signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation on behalf of the University.
On behalf of the President of the Organization, Mrs. Konstantia Pitta, Mr. Soteris Pittas, Mr. Maxim Pasik, and the entire Board of Directors, we extend our heartfelt thanks to all health professionals, parents, therapists, and caregivers who actively participated in the Conference.
